James R. Gambaiani

President
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gambaiani has over 30 years of business experience in the technology industry. He has served in many senior management roles during his career. Prior to being named President & CEO of Indigo Olive Software, Inc., Mr. Gambaiani was Owner and Principal of Gambaiani Enterprises, LLC, a consulting firm providing B2B consulting services to sales and marketing organizations, guidance for M&A activity, and development of strategic business plans.

Mr. Gambaiani previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Vestcom, Inc., a technology out-source provider of marketing and business communications offerings focused on the financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical, retail, and telecom verticals. Mr. Gambaiani also participated in the privatization of the company.

Prior to Vestcom, Mr. Gambaiani served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at QMS, Inc., a network-laser printer manufacturer and distributor. He also served as Vice President/General Manager at Anacomp, Inc., a micrographics and document imaging company. Mr. Gambaiani began his career with IBM where he held various sales, marketing and management positions during his tenure. Mr. Gambaiani facilitated the successful launch of an Internet company and he is currently a Board member for a private consulting firm and serves as a Director for an executive recruiting firm.

Mr. Gambaiani earned a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Saint Joseph College; an MBA degree from Butler University; and attended the School of Law at Indiana University

W. Heath Rosser

Vice President of Sales
Eastern Region

Mr. Rosser has over 10 years of experience in the wholesale distribution industry, specifically in the beverage-alcohol vertical market, serving in numerous roles throughout his career. Prior to joining Indigo Olive Software, Inc. Mr. Rosser was Director of Technology for Tryon Distributing LLC, a wine and beer distributor in North Carolina. While at Tryon Distributing, where he was responsible for the evaluation and subsequent purchase of Indigo Olive's Sales Briefcase sales force automation solution. He was so impressed the power and usability of the software, he then joined the company.

Mr. Rosser was also the Owner and Principal of United Network Solutions, Inc., a technology consulting firm offering custom Internet software solutions to the beverage and alcohol industry.

Phillip M. Howrey

Vice President of Business Development

Phillip Michael (Mick) Howrey has enjoyed a successful thirty year career working in the areas of education, marketing, sales and information technology. He holds bachelors and masters degrees and has completed a significant amount of work toward a doctorate degree in business management.

Mr. Howrey began his career with a large, regional bank where he served as Data Center Manager. Upon leaving the bank, Mr. Howrey became President of a data processing service bureau that provided industry specific software services for Fortune 500 companies. Ultimately, his firm was purchased by TALX Corporation where he served as Vice President and General Manager.

After leaving TALX Corporation, Mr. Howrey co-founded Marketing Direct, Incorporated (MDI) in St. Louis. MDI is a comprehensive marketing services company providing all marketing related functions from strategy and creative through execution and fulfillment. Howrey served as President of MDI prior to being recruited to work for Vestcom International as Vice President of Business Development. Vestcom International provided out source services to the financial and heath care industries.

Mr. Howrey has founded or co-founded four companies during his career. He has also been an adjunct professor at Lindenwood University for over twelve years and was on the adjunct staff at Southern Illinois University – Carbondale for ten years prior to that. Mr. Howrey is an active volunteer in numerous charitable and civic organizations with his most recent involvement focusing on the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He is a past president of the Data Processing Management Association and is a member of the Illinois Congressional Small Business Advisory Committee.
